The dentist, Maria was incredibly rude. I have NEVER has a dentist speak to me like she did. She told me my smile would NEVER be straight. She looked at my teeth and said ugh yeah that bottom is terrible. I know people with way worse looking teeth that have had their teeth straightened. I ended up needing to have a mouth guard. She said I could wear it on the top or bottom. It's up to me. I said well do you recommend one or the other.

She said no it's your preference. Most people do the bottom. I said ok I'll do the bottom. She then goes ugh yeah not on your bottom teeth. We should do the top. I was ready to walk out because at this point you're being insulting unnecessarily. If you need help with your smile, I do not recommend this office.

My daughter went in today 6/2/2025 as a New Patient to see Dr. Naser Abdelsalam, during her visit she was treated rudely, she was already scared to go and this Doctor ruined her visit! If you’re already afraid of the dentist please don’t come here our first experience was terrible and this how they treat kids! We will never be back!

I am the worst person in the world to go to the dentist. And as old as I am, you would think I was child, but because of my dentist, Dr Osan-Topala, she has the patience of Job. Very caring, compassionate, and a great sense of humor. She’s honest, and considerate of her patients needs.

I don’t like going to the dentist, but I like going knowing she’s there. I’m sure you will be missed when ever you retire. Thank you for putting a smile back on my face.
