Old and not kept office. Dentist doesn’t explain anything!!! He was 5 hours late. I went home and had lunch and came back, he didn’t apologize either. I’m calling the insurance company to let them know. They shouldn’t refer them to anyone. The worst place ever...

Worst dentist appointment ever. I went in for tooth pain and walked out in worse pain. During the consultation the dentist told me my two upper wisdom teeth needed to be extracted Then the dental hygienist performs an xray and a very aggressive tooth cleaning, yanking at my gums and causing my mouth to bleed. With blood all over my mouth and face she told me "You have gingivitis" but did not even offer me a napkin to clean myself up.

Then, as the receptionist is making my follow-up appointment the dental hygienist says I need to get my two bottom wisdom teeth removed too calling them "no good" in front of me and everyone else in the office (completely embarrassing). If that's not enough the clinic doesn't even offer tooth extraction services and only gave me a referral to four other places I can go to to get the extractions done. I called all four places and they all said I have to do a consultation and x-ray at their location before I got any extraction. Basically it was no point in me going up there.

Rude, unorganized, unprofessional, disappointing experience. NEVER AGAIN

I remember I had an appointment literally set by this dental office. I waited for 4 hours to be seen. When I was finally seen they said today was only for people who had emergency problems and they couldn't perform my cleaning which I took off of work for. I even showed them the appointment card that was made for me for the cleaning, and still nothing happened.

And somehow, my insurance was still charged even though I never had anything done. I got that corrected quickly and reported the company. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!
