My 7yo son was initially referred to this clinic for a tooth extraction and our experience was very good. Everything was clearly explained and the staff took great care of him to ensure he is comfortable. We returned recently to see if he needs a spacer where the doctor explained that it wouldn’t make sense in our situation because he will likely need braces one day anyway.

I really appreciate the honesty because a lot of dentists will do everything to make more money disregarding the patient’s best interest. Would definitely recommend this clinic 🙂

I took my child to this establishment with high expectations, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed. It quickly became clear that the focus is more on generating revenue than providing fair and transparent service. One of the biggest concerns was the hidden fees—especially the so-called "scheduling fee," which was an outrageous $600. This charge seemed completely unnecessary and designed purely to collect more money. On top of that, the cost of treatments was excessively high, with unclear justifications for the pricing.

I would have expected fair, upfront pricing and clear explanations rather than senseless labels for additional charges. Sadly, that was not the case. I do not recommend this place to others. If you're looking for honest and transparent service, I strongly suggest considering other options.

Amazing experience. So great with kids and friendly staff. My son always comes out smiling, even when he’s numb 😊 The Dentist was great with my son and was patient and kind. She would explain to him what was happening. making him feel comfortable.
