My child was refused for a routine teeth cleaning because he had braces. They told my wife he has to get his braces removed by his orthodontist and then can return for a teeth cleaning. I have never heard of this before and was always been able to get a teeth cleaning with braces fully intact.

This tells me they do not have the proper staff experience, tools, or techniques to properly clean teeth with braces on.

There are 3 people that work there amazing crew Ali, Mohimeen and Shelby, those three are the funniest most energetic and talented. you go in to your appointment normally, but they make sure that you leave with a smile on your face. Special thanks to DR. Adab she is the orthodontist shes very talented very smart, and does her work like magic.

She made sure that my braces are perfect ,and that there is no problem with them. Highly recommended this place. Thanks for the whole crew and everyone working in there.

A coworker recommended Apple Valley Dental, so after careful research and consideration I chose to give them a try. My kiddo has had the best experience here! Not only is their office clean, staff friendly, knowledgeable and caring - their care plans are clear and scheduling is easy. Today, my daughter had severe anxiety about getting her first cavity filled and Shelby was amazing.

She started by walking her through everything they were doing while it was happening. She asked what flavors she preferred, helped her regulate her breathing, asked what music she was listening to and so much more. That meant the world to us, and truly made a generally negative experience so great that afterward my kiddo asked me to get her braces there too! I’m so grateful for her amazing doctor, and the entire staff, for creating a place where my teen and I can relax knowing we’re getting the best care ❤️

The staff at both the Market St and Division locations are extremely kind and very knowledgeable. The services here are preformed quick but one does not feel they are ‘rushed’. I appreciate how easy and quick they can get me in for an appointment.

I appreciate the hygienists and dental assistants don’t work on my teeth while having personal conversations. I hope that the state insurance budget stays the same so that I can keep coming to Apple Valley dental! Noel and Sarah are great assets to the team!
