I’m a new patient. There was no one at the front desk when I walked in so I waited a couple of minutes. I had my old dental office forward all of my medical records a few days prior to going there. The front desk is not organized. They called me twice to confirm my appointment and when I arrived they had not pulled my records. They also said the records was only a screen shot and they will have to take new x-rays. I told them I only had it done last year.

They said we will submit the new X-rays to the insurance company and see what they say. I asked him if I was going to get charged for this new set of x-rays they said no. When I finally was seen by the dentist I felt like I was only being sold on additional services instead of focusing on my health. They said They said my gums Where somewhat infected and it’s recommended to do a deeper cleaning of the gums. I visit the dentist every six months on a regular basis and my dentist has never brought up any issues with my gums. This was a bit strange to me. The charges were about $2800 for a new patient visit.

This seemed excessive. The fact that they had access to getting all my medical records and still needed to do more x-rays and submit it to the insurance company to see if they will approve it is a huge red flag. This company might be committing insurance fraud. I’m going to report this to the attorney general office for review. o

I absolutely love this dental office! I experienced a broken tooth and had to find an emergency dental clinic fast. From my first phone call to Manny, to the X-Ray tech and finally, Dr.Gavino, I was taken care of with kindness and empathy! The entire staff is welcoming, the office is bright and clean! I went back a few weeks later for a full check-up! Please, don’t hesitate to call them!

I just finished up with my 1st ever visit here and it was a GREAT experience! Very affordable and the staff is incredible. Communication was very thorough and the staff was super welcoming and so friendly!! They were very busy, but didn’t rush the appointment at all. Would highly recommend this clinic!!
