My 8 year old son had an appointment today for x-rays and a routine cleaning. He has been very apprehensive about attending any appointments regarding his dental health as he has had a lot of work done already at such a young age. He brought in his stuffed bear for emotional support today to his appointment. His hygienist (Terri) and doctor (Dr. Davies) were so accommodating and helpful.

His bear wore a bib and safety glasses for the entire appointment and the doctor “checked” his bear’s teeth and the hygienist “cleaned” them. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am as a parent to have staff so patient and supportive for my child. Today was a great experience. Thank you all so much!!

I had an amazing experience bringing my baby in to have his tongue tie released. First when he was 8 days old, and the second time when it reattached and he was 6 months old. The team was great! It was a hard thing for me as a new mom to have my baby go through the procedures, but Dr. Davies and her assistant were so amazing and nurturing with my son. The office itself is beautiful and the waiting room feels like a spa.

The receptionist (Aham or Ahmed. . . I didn't catch his name) was also so pleasant. Highly recommend!

I had a poor experience here. I came in for replacement fillings, and during the first one, someone came into the room asking the dentist to speed things up. I was then moved to another room mid-procedure while one molar was already open, which felt unprofessional and risky. The assistant even confirmed that the second room had been available from the beginning, so this was clearly a scheduling issue, not a delay on my part.

The administrator reassured me there would be “no problems,” but that kind of overconfidence is concerning, especially when hygiene and patient safety are involved. What frustrated me the most is that they charged 100% of the bill, saying it would all be covered by my insurance, as if that justified the poor service. Just because my insurance covers the full cost does not mean the quality of care should be overlooked.

The experience of becoming a new patient and the care they took in making me feel comfortable and as beyond my expectations. Tara was an amazing and eased my anxiety. She helped with the transition and dealing with the trauma of The dental hygienist and dentist were great and vey patient with my anxiety during the appointment. The staff are awesome and the atmosphere is extremely cleaning.

I love the water falls wall when watering in the office. Thanks Appleby dental for making my dental experience great.
