I had the most frustrating and disappointing experience at Abor Lakes Dental. Here's the breakdown: I was quoted a specific price for dental services, with the understanding that the quote was based on my insurance coverage and carrier. I agreed to the quoted price, went ahead with the treatment (paid agreed price), and then—out of nowhere—they came back demanding over 150% more than originally quoted. What’s worse is that I had the same exact services performed at a different dental office using the same insurance and paid half of what Abor Lakes Dental had quoted me (less than 1/5 of what I was charged after all was said and done).

The other dental office's estimate was accurate and aligned with my insurance coverage. Abor Lakes Dental had the ability to send a pre-treatment estimate to my insurance carrier to ensure accuracy, but they failed to do so. This lack of transparency and dishonesty is completely unacceptable, especially when you can easily verify pricing with insurance beforehand. And, to add insult to injury, they are charging far more than any other dental office in the area for the same exact services with the same insurance coverage.

This is nothing short of fraudulent activity. Avoid this place at all costs! They mislead patients and are not upfront about the true cost of services. There are plenty of reputable, honest dental offices out there—Abor Lakes Dental is not one of them.

They actually care about the patient and make sure every step and detail to keep you or get you to having healthy teeth and gums are put in place and reviewed in detail with you. They work with you to find the very best, affordable option to meet your needs.

I had my first visit with Dr. Bach ! Both Dr. Bach and Kayla were absolutely amazing—professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, the experience was welcoming, efficient, and truly pleasant. Highly recommend this dental office—thank you to the whole team for such a great first visit!
