My family and I have been patients of Dr. Johnson's for over 10 years now. She and her dental staff are amazing. Every time I visit the office for my dental cleaning appointment, I feel welcomed by her staff. The two members of the front desk are very courteous and helpful when it comes to addressing billing and dental procedure questions. The hygienists there are also great! I have waited 15-20 minutes past my appointment times before (not often) but that goes to show that the hygienists are very thorough and diligent with each cleaning.
Dr. Johnson and Emma, her assistant, are wonderful. They make me feel comfortable when I have to be in the chair for certain procedures, and they're super great with kids too. I would highly refer Dr. Johnson to anyone in the area who is looking for a dentist who knows how to take care of her patients.

I have been a patient for 3-5 years and I'm very disappointed at my last and final service I received. My insurance covers 2 cleanings a year like most providers. I've been paying for a third regular cleaning out of pocket since I became a patient. So on my appointment when I arrived I asked is this my 3rd out of pocket appointment and they replied we will check, then proceeded to start my cleaning. At the end she came in for a oral exam which my insurance pays once a year.
Later I received my bill for the 3rd out of pocket cleaning with extra charges which I always just pay for a regular cleaning. I called to dispute the bill and the admin was very unprofessional and did nothing to resolve the issue. I don't care if its $5, $100, if I'm paying out of pocket and asked which cleaning, I shouldn't be responsible for paying for a exam I didn't ask for. I felt this was very deceptive and I don't recommend anyone use this practice.

I have been going to Dr. Johnson for over 12 years. No More. I am now going to have to find another dentist. I see her twice a year. She informed me that I have a very large cavity in one of my molars. so large that I must get a root canal right away. And when I inquired about why the x-rays were not taken in the previous appointments that I had that would’ve indicated this before it got so bad.
She claimed my insurance didn’t cover it. Which was a Lie. The hygienist made me feel very uneasy. I have a medical condition and tilting backwards in the chair makes me extremely dizzy. The hygienist didn’t seem to care. I was generous, and I gave her three stars because before this I had no problems at all.

I unfortunately have needed a lot of dental work done over the past few years. But FORTUNATELY, I have an amazing dentist! Dr. Johnson and her staff are always so kind, professional, timely, and overall excellent at what they do. I highly recommend this practice if you’re in the market for a dentist.
