My first visit to Arrowhead Dental left a lasting positive impression on me. Dr. Carlton and every member of staff I interacted with were warm and welcoming, helpful and caring. (My thanks to Dr. Carlton, Sarah K. and Missy. And Val. ) I arrived for my appointment feeling anxious, embarrassed, and a bit fearful.

. . but they set me at ease. I felt seen, understood, and empowered (armed with knowledge and options). I was very pleased with their professionalism and knowledge and was grateful for the way they answered my questions, explained everything fully and clearly, laid out options, and took their time and didn't rush. I certainly was treated as a person, not a number, and felt I was in excellent hands. Highly recommend!!!

The dentist. . . . . . Gives me shivers when I think about em. I'm kidding! If you are like me though, even as a grown adult, the dentist can be a high anxiety inducing event.

But let me tell you, Arrowhead Family Dental is different. They are attentive and treat you awesome. They aren't pushy and always make sure you are comfortable. My hygienist, Ally, has been there for years and she does my cleaning every time. It's great to see a business that treats it's employees well and a familiar and friendly face and voice with each visit. They also know me and how I am and always do their best to make sure I'm at ease before starting. 10/10 I would tell you that if you need a dentist, go see Arrowhead. They will treat you great!

The ladies working here have a great sense of humor. Abby is my Hygienist and she is a treasure. If she ever leaves for a position at another Dental office I will most definitely follow her. She makes my visits extremely pleasant.
