I try to never leave a bad review. I grappled with this for the last year. I went in around this time last year for a routine cleaning. I had no issues, no pain, no concerns. Just needed a cleaning. I was told by one of their staff that I had a shadow cavity & needed a filling. A couple months later, in May, I went in to get it addressed.

Since then, I have been back into to get it “fixed” more than I can remember. I was even sent to an endodontic specialist on the other side of town. They told me they forwarded the information over to the dental office but I never heard back from this location. By this point, I was frustrated & needed a break from visiting this office with the same issue that I did not have prior to allowing them to perform work on my teeth. It seemed like they wanted to make it right. They gave me my first root canal & cap, still charged my insurance for their mistake though they did not charge me. This entire time, I have not been able to chew on the right side of my mouth.

Whatever material they decided to use in my mouth as a cap, suctions to the remainder of my tooth whenever I eat something warm or hot. It is extremely uncomfortable. I made yet another appointment to take during my lunch period this past Monday & let them know I only had an hour (idk anymore, at this point, part of me is still wishfully thinking they’ll actually fix this). I checked in & was told I did not have an appointment then told that I did. I waited over 30 minutes until I had to leave to get back to work. This is the worst dental experience I have ever had.

Worst dental experience ever. They rushed their work leading to me having an incorrect bite, they messed up so many things but ended up charging me $600+ for MESSING ME UP. Rude, pushy, and unprofessional. Had me sign up for a credit card so I can afford to pay them. AFTER I SAID NO. MULTIPLE TIMES. I SAID NO. MULTIPLE TIMES. THEY KEPT PUSHING ME.

Now they’re texting me asking for more money. Unbelievable. And after y’all have read this review, do me a favor, do not contact me again asking me how you could make it better. Cuz I’ll tell you. I’ll take a $600 refund and cancel that $12. 94 charge you’re hustling me for. If you guys want an actual good dentist place, go to Aspen Dental.

Dr Aysha is great so is the rest of the dental staff however the receptionist has not been the friendliest, I believe her name is Essence. When I called to ask if I should make an appointment due to my severe jaw pain- she said had a very condescending response and said “I don’t know the dentist will know” When a patient is calling in with a concern, you need to be compassionate and find a way to help them.

On top I shared I was in pain and she did not make it a point to fit me in.
