From my very first impression of Dr. Jaipul's location and team, I was specifically put at ease by their warmth and professionalism. I was never made to feel pressured to pursue additional services other than check ups and cleaning (though they offer a wide range of other services and healthcare and I and my family are thinking about taking them up on some) and everyone explained every step of the process.

I trust my whole family with them. And I'm happy to do so.

Dr. Steph is one of a kind and the staff is super welcoming and kind. They really put the patient first and want to make sure you have the best treatment possible for your overall health. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I had a very disappointing experience at Art of Cosmetic Dentistry. This was my first visit, and before agreeing to any services, I asked if they accepted my insurance. They assured me they did, even called my insurance company to confirm, and provided a receipt clearly showing how much I would owe—stating that the cleaning would be fully covered by insurance. Now, six weeks later, I’m being told I owe $344 for that same cleaning. There was absolutely no mention during my visit that I might be responsible for additional charges.

I feel misled and frustrated. I trusted their word and their paperwork, only to be hit with an unexpected bill weeks after the fact. I value transparency and honesty when it comes to healthcare—especially when costs are involved—and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I would not go back to this dentist. The staff is very friendly no denying that but the dentist (s) do not know what they are talking about. I received X-rays and was told very quickly by the dentist that she could not save 2 of my teeth and that I needed 2 bone graft replacement teeth that will cost me over $3000. After seeking a 2nd opinion and going to a much more experienced dentist we discovered the discomfort I was experiencing was actually pressure from my sinuses and I was told that neither of my teeth needed extracting and they could both be saved.

I’m convinced art of cosmetic dentistry simply wanted a fat check from me. I would be very cautious and listen carefully when you go here bc again I was told very quickly “I can’t save these 2 teeth you have to get them extracted” which was entirely not the case and I’m so glad I didn’t spend my money here.
