My son has been going to Artisan Dental for a couple of years. He’s on the Autism spectrum and he’s had trouble tolerating dental appointments historically. But with Dr Ahmed and his team, his appointments go super smoothly. Artisan Dental has done an excellent job in handling his dental care.

Dr Kamal Ahmd is a really horrible doctor. The doctor saw me and he refused to talk to me when I told him I’m in too much pain to stay awake for my wisdom tooth to be broken by him. The doctor made me feel bad about not feeling comfortable and basically told me everyone does it, and that it’s not bad and I just need to relax. He also told me that he would give me a referral but when I asked at the front they told me to call when I find a place that covers my insurance. When I did that and called back they will not give a referral. It feels like as soon as I asked to not do the procedure awake and he wasn’t billing me, his attitude changed and he was dismissive.

Even though I told him I’m in a lot of pain. I don’t recommend this person not as a doctor and definitely not a human. He will not take your pain serious and will dismiss your concerns. This practice is not willing to work with you and are completely unprofessional.

I was very impressed, when I first walk in it's so bright an inviting, the staff was fantastic, they make you feel comfortable an tell you what they are going to do with each step, for me that's huge, explain in detail what needs to be done. Keep up the awsome work y'all do. Yes I will be referring my friends an family too

I have been going to Artisan Dental for a few years now and I only have positive things to say about Dr. Ahmed and his staff! Everyone is very professional and kind. I feel like Dr. Ahmed is always looking out for the patient's best interests and doesn't go out of his way to rack up the bill like some dentists do.

He is fair, honest, and reliable. I will continue to go to Artisan Dental for all of my dental services as long as I live in the area. Thank you for everything, Artisan Dental!
