Absolutely the Best Service. Dr. Richard Maddalozzo and office professional, caring in your needs, they always take the time to explain your needs but to do their job in detail without making you feel in a rush to be done. I have been their patient since 2000!!! Dr. Maddalozzo is very caring and gifted doctor.

I was a new patient, the amount of paperwork was ridiculous. Everything was on a separate sheet, at least 10 and required me to print and sign all, looking past all of that they took me back to the chair. The rooms are cluttered with boxes and supplies stacked all over. That’s when I had an uneasy feeling. I’m assuming it was the dental hygienist who came over, no introduction, no explaining what she will be doing or if I had questions. I found her to be very rude and felt even more uncomfortable. As she began to measure the teeth she could see how much pain I was in, and got angry when I said you could at least let the patient know what they’re in for.

With that her full attitude came out and I said I’ve had enough, I’ll take my business elsewhere and she said “good”. I hope Dr. Maddalozzo knows what kind of person she has working for her. If you’re thinking of going there think twice and run. Never had this experience in my whole life.

My wife and I , as well as our adult children have been patients of Dr. Rick for close to 20 years. Dr. Rick is not only professional but is very personable in his approach to patient care. His staff is a mirror image in regards to how they approach their jobs. Additionally Dr. Rick is very knowledgeable about current dentistry trends as he is still on staff teaching at Northwestern University.
