According to Dolores you all aren't allowing me to book. She said because I called in and rescheduled the same day it's against you all policy to rebook. I have literally been a patient of Dr. Kelger since he was working in the satellite building ages ago. This new staff is completely unrealistic and I will take my business elsewhere. Dr.

Kelger is amazing but his staff are idiots. Never have I heard of such a policy you all act like situations don't come up. At least I called to notify you. No matter the time frame I called and didn't do a no call. I'll hate for you to have a situation out of your control and be treated unfairly as I was. No matter if I came or not y'all still have to be at work .

The first call to reschedule I called in over the weekend and left a VM you all got back to me the following work day and had an issue with that. So I didn't leave a VM this time I called during working hours and was told I can't re book now. I will be leaving a negative review against Dolores as she needs to be replaced. Situation happens and understanding and compassion should be given instead of pushing me off.

Artistic Smiles Cosmetic and Family Dentistry is the absolute best office I’ve been to in ALL my 52 years. Let me be clear, the world has changed. There’s no respect, it’s about money and it shows. From intake, intake follow up, appointment reminders, they met me at the door to assist me with finding their office and I was LATE. EVERYONE was smiling, positive attitudes, kindness. I’m not exaggerating. The front office staff consisted of 4 ladies, Dawan, Michelle, two other beautiful souls who names I can’t remember and they told me! My hygienist Kim, AMAZING from A to Z. She explained everything she was doing to me. She showed me. She educated me on the why and if’s , God I’m so pleased.

My cleaning is beautiful. Kim was gently and kind. Very soft spoken and guided me through every process, very thorough. Dr. Kegler II, very professional, good bed side manner. He explained my X-rays, the issues he saw, how my issues could be rectified. He gave me options. Not once did he speak over me and he did it all with kindness and grace. I’m grateful to have found this establishment. I’m grateful for my options.

I can’t wait to get started. I left with gifts from my hygienist, yay! I love gifts! I met with Delores and she provided me with all my estimates and made my appointments. I am in healthcare, so for me to give a review like this, Lord have mercy. I pray God continues to bless this office, the providers, and their team. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you all for everything! See you soon and I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and I can’t wait to share with my friends, family, and colleagues. Keep up the good work. I can’t say enough good things about Artistic Smiles and Dr. Kegler. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a staff that is not only friendly, but genuinely welcoming. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, like you’re part of their family, not just another appointment on the schedule. Dr. Kegler’s attention to detail is truly impressive.

Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, you can tell he cares deeply about getting everything just right.
