Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Front desk person assumes she knows conversations which she’s was not privy to. Cuts customers off. On two separate occasions she was distinctly rude! I had work done as the result of a military referral and I cannot possibly regret sitting in the chair more. My teethe have hurt since that day.

I have been going to Dr Heisman's office for 20 years. Marianne is the hygienist there and she is the best. I do not dread going to the dentist. It is actually one of best feelings with how clean my teeth feel after I leave. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Dr. Heisman is THE BEST! He is very caring, compassionate and competent. So grateful that I found him when I retired from the U.S. Navy. I have referred many friends and colleagues to him and they are equally pleased. His hygienists are superb and his office staff are professional and super pleasant. Customer service is a priority for this practice!

STAY AWAY!! One of the rudest interactions EVER! Billing agent raised her voice and berated me over the phone for asking a simple billing question!! I rarely write a review but this had to be posted. I moved here from out of state and usually I research my dentist before I choose them, but this dentist is in the same building as my primary care physician so I opted for the convenience. BIG MISTAKE! I went in for my 6 month cleaning and received a bill that I never received before.

When I called to ask I was told that the insurance company will not pay for the X-ray. When I started to ask why my previous records were not on file, she started screaming at me out of nowhere with "THAT IS NOT HOW WE DO THINGS HERE!" and continued to berate me on how if I had been getting regular cleanings before I would know the procedure. I have been getting regular cleanings EVERY 6 months for the past 30 years and I have NEVER been treated like that.

I promptly paid my bill and will no longer use them moving forward. I recommend you look elsewhere for you future dental needs.
