The insurance company verified that they were never billed. The man was mad because I wanted answers and told me that I was done and could leave. They need to let him go he is bad for business. When I asked his name he never released.

I find it odd that the reviews are so poor for this practice. I have been going here since 2010 and have had only great experiences. Dr. Burns has been nothing short of professional, kind, interactive, and an excellent dentist. I originally chose this practice out of proximity to my then job which was in Hanover, MD.

I now live in Baltimore and still make the trip to remain with the practice. My entire family (wife and two toddlers) get treated at this practice. Hopefully this 5 star review will course correct some of the terrible reviews and hopefully customers like myself who have had excellent experiences will also leave a positive review.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went two times to have a checkup and cleaning. The only reason I went the second time is because I believe in second chances. I thought maybe the dentist was just having an off day. But it was only worse the 2nd time. She was not friendly at all; rather short with me in fact. She repeatedly grabbed my chin and pushed it down and told me to keep my chin down, despite the fact that I couldn’t push it down any further than my chest! She spent only a couple of minutes doing the exam.

. . shortest checkup I’ve ever had! She told me I had cavities, which I found very odd since I had never had a cavity in my life. Also, during the exam she said I had multiple cavities; however, after I questioned her to show me the X-rays, she strangely said I had ONE cavity! Finally, if I really did have a cavity, there would have been an appointment made to fill it, right? Nope! She simply said at the end of my appointment, see you in 6 months! So I decided to go get a second opinion at another dental office. No cavities! This doctor seems to be scamming. She was telling me things were in need of fixing, that simply were not true.

The cleaning was the shortest cleaning I’ve ever had done in my life. I felt that I was just being rushed out of the office. It was a very cold, rushed experience. The worst of my life.

These Negative comments are exaggerations, if not petty LIES! I am retired military, a successful business owner and my wife is a Doctor as well. My family has been going to Dr. Burns for over a decade. Her staff is efficient, organized,, meticulous and caring. I have never felt a lack of care, or disrespected. The waiting area always remains relatively empty, which I LOVE. From my experience they schedule each patient to receive “person attentive care”. Being so dedicated to a single person when performing a service takes time.

Think about it. How can u be providing intimate care if it didn’t take some additional time. This isn’t a fast food place singling trashy poisonous unhealthy fake-food! These people are inspecting your mouth which could give sign of other health issues using an exam and x-rays. The staff are very kind. The gentleman in these comments runs the office operations and takes his role seriously. He is a direct person and is incredibly efficient. He takes pride in making sure you are informed and doing what is required for your appointment. I see no issue with his professionalism.

Again, he is direct. Dr. Burns is a lovely person, with SEVERAL DECADES of experience. She will take care of you, as if you were one of her loved ones. I am grateful for her service, as are so many people that have never bothered to look at yelp / or google reviews BECAUSE we LOVE going here. If this space isn’t for you, DO NOT COME HERE. It makes it easier for those of us that do LOVE being her patient to get an appointment.
