Might be one of the worst run dental care facilities in Anne Arundel County. No one ever answers the phone.

If you’re fortunate to get someone on the phone, most questions you may have will require them to call you back with an answer, which likely won’t happen. It took three weeks and several follow up phone calls for them to send X-rays to a different dentist… My daughter was misdiagnosed with having an infection and placed on antibiotics because we didn’t want to go with option A of pulling out several teeth that weren’t actually infected upon second review… This place was a last resort initially but if ever in an emergency scenario again I’d rather travel out of state and I only live a mile away…

I cannot recommend this practice. The services we received were subpar. After just one visit, we switched to another practice and paid out of pocket for a proper cleaning, as the one at this office was poor. The billing is a complete mess. Dealing with their disorganized management was nothing short of a headache.

If I could time travel, I’d go back and warn myself to avoid this place altogether. Believe every low-star review you see about this practice. There are plenty of other offices in the area that offer better service and far better billing management.

We had a great 1st visit with my 3 year old daughter! The appointment started accordingly, front desk and assistants were very kind and inviting making my daughter feel safe. Dr.

K is very knowledgeable and was able to address my worries about a potential tongue tie at my first appointment and was very clear with the treatment plan and even though my daughter was getting impatient and ready to leave, Dr. K was able to distract her! :)
