HIGH PRAISE for Dr Sikora and his lovely team. Everyone was always very kind, patient, gracious and incredibly helpful easing my anxiety for treatment and coordinating my appointments (I live out of state). I was referred to Dr. Sikora, a Prosthodontist from my wonderful Periodontist that I have seen for years. He suggested I consider meeting with Dr.

Sikora to discuss restorative dentistry and my concerns/priorities (aging teeth with years of repair work). I had never heard of a Prosthodontist before so I did my research and was quickly impressed - "In the field of dentistry, a Prosthodontist is considered to have the highest level of training in cosmetic and complex dentistry. " My next step was learning what my options were, understanding the financial expense and discussing my high anxiety for dental treatment. Let me just say, Dr Sikora and team were AWESOME; his professional expertise and recommendations were very impressive (blew me away, I learned so much) and his kind, calm demeanor immediately put me at ease. I started treatment, full upper restoration, and was truly overwhelmed with gratitude throughout the treatment (yes, I was nervous) and the final outcome.

. . . was major wow factor, magnificent!!! Dr. Sikora is a masterful dental artist, designing and creating each individual tooth, bringing back confidence and the spirit of a beautiful smile - I'm so very grateful for his service and honestly still amazed :)

After suffering for many years with gum disease and bone loss, my daughter recently completed the work of getting upper and lower full bridges on 4 implants in each of her upper and lower jaws. Her case was complex and she was terrified. Drs. Zurek and Sikora were kind, caring and patient every step of the way. Dr. Sikora, who fitted the permanent teeth, used his extensive experience to get her "smile" (the color, size, and shape of the teeth) just right.

Everyone in the office was kind and helpful too. The entire team worked together to make sure that we knew what to expect and when. They worked seamlessly with our oral surgeon. I highly recommend this very skilled team who held our hands--figuratively AND often literally --through what can be a very traumatic process.

I went to Ascend Dental on a referral from my oral surgeon after my first dentist did a poor job on my implant crown. My original dentist said that the implant needed to come out and his crown was the best that could be done. Luckily, I came to Ascend and they were easily able to confirm the implant was fine and put in a new crown that feels great.

I highly recommend them to do any implant crown work vs a general dentist.

Everyone at Ascend Dental was kind, personable, and professional! Both Dr. Zurek and Dr. Sikora leveraged their dental expertise to ensure that we had the best plan to fix up my smile.

They also made sure I was comfortable with the plan at every step of the way! I am so happy with the final product -- I love my smile and I had a wonderful experience. My care was thorough and detail-oriented and everyone ensured that I was happy throughout. I cannot recommend Ascend Dental enough!
