I went on the waiting list in october....3 or 4 years ago? I know I called when I had been waiting for two years and they said "we send a letter in the mail when we're ready to accept you as a patient" then told some excuses about losing a dentist..... um, ok, but I'm still waiting. But after reading some of the comments here I'm pretty sure I don't care if I ever get that letter.

My dentist was rude and wouldn't listen to me. I tried to ask what she would be doing and she brushed me off and went forward. I had a tooth that the filling had broke off and she was to fix it. I returned and I told her the pain was horrible where the tooth was fixed. She said that was normal but I have never experienced that with other dental work. I went to Tri County dental for emergency visit. They said to go to a regular dentist. I went to a dentist near me, they did xrays and it showed she went too deep. I ended up having to see my primary doctor and she did a ct scan.

because my face swelled up like someone hit me with a hammer. I was then referred to a sinus specialist and an oral Maxillary facial surgeon. They discovered that the dentist at ministry had drilled thru the bone, split the roots and pushed the root into the sinus. The swelling was from the sealant that leaked into the sinus and all they right side of upper gum. I had to have a hole done upper mouth to get to sinus and clear it out. Plus have them do complicated surgery to remove tooth and all the sealant. I'm all stitched up now. No solids for 2 weeks. And it will be a 6 month process.

I hope she never does this to anyone else. The pain I'm suffering is horrendous. I've been in pain for months since she did this to me. I cant count how many xrays I have had and i have been on antibiotics 3 times. She should not be working as a dentist. My beautiful smile is gone.

This place is the most negligent place I have ever been to in my entire life. They treat you like less of a person than you are they think they're better than you especially the secretaries up in front. They have made so many mistakes so far with my dental care including the most recent to date which would be an abscess that they caused. My face is so swollen to the point my left eye is almost swollen shut and they still won't refer me to the proper oral surgeon for care. The most non-empathetic and unprofessional place I've ever visited for dental care in my entire life.

And the worst part about it is if you don't have a lot of money this is the only place they offer you to go you're trapped with people who hate their jobs. I would suggest not going here if you can avoid it. My suggestion would be to take an extra drive and go to Marshfield. You will end up with abscess after abscess due to this dental clinics negligence.

I took my son here because he had a swallen face. They came in did a exam and said he had a tooth that needed to be removed and a cavity. We scheduled a appointment for the tooth to be removed 2. 5 months lait I took him in and checked him in and walked outside for two minutes. Came back in at 2:40 witch that was the time his appointment started. Some time laiter my son came out.

I asked him how he was doing he said not bad they just fixxed a tooth. So after being told that they would be removing the tooth they fixxed a different tooth. When asked why they said they didn't have the stuff to remove the tooth and blamed me for not being in there even though it took a screenshot sitting in the office a the appointment time. My son said that the filling is not right and he nbights down on it before the rest of his teeth meet.
