I have been a patient for years. It had been a while since my last visit so I scheduled a regular cleaning. I get to my appointment today and the reception shows me a bill for today’s visit for a periodontal deep cleaning for my upper and lower left side my portion to pay over $200. I said that’s not what I scheduled. I specifically asked for a regular cleaning because it’s been way over a year since I’ve had one. If this is what they want to do then I’m leaving.

She talked to Doctor and office manager and they came back with we can schedule you with another office today for the cleaning. No that doesn’t work for me I have to go back to work. I left and will be going to another dentist. If you don’t listen to your patients and don’t care about their time then I can’t do business with you. Angry Expressions. not great 👎🏼

Both my assistant and dental hygienist were very professional and informative. Also very friendly and engaging. I loved the cleaning technique Daniel used. My teeth felt much cleaner.

My 8 year old daughter and I had appointments back to back. The hygienist was super patient with my daughter and all the questions she asked. She took the time to explain and describe the process.

She emphasized on the importance of brushing her teeth after eating sweets to prevent cavities. We have been going to this dental practice for some years and are very pleased with the courteous service and efficiency of the staff.
