I was introduced to this clinic by mere chance and thanks to stefania and her pleasant manners and amazing customer service that I’m part of this practice and consider it a real blessing.

I must mention Diana and her radiant smile and professional manners in answering and assisting any billing inquiries which makes life a bit easier specially with a costly treatment like dentistry!! Those two ladies are an asset to the clinic👍👍

This dentist is horrible. I went in 2023. In 2025 they reach out for the first time with a “final courtesy call” threatening collections on an outstanding bill I was never made aware of. They never made an initial courtesy call they did not work with insurance properly and gaslit me. I would not recommend them in an area with so many reputable dentists to choose from.

Diana in the office has a big ego Edit: Turns out I already paid and have receipt I paid for the bill they charged me for after not trying my insurance. They are billing me for the same thing twice. Seems like a scam. Beware if you leave they will try and act like you have an unpaid bill later. Keep all receipts to protect against these illegal practices

Being a caregiver for a parent with dementia is no easy task. Dementia patients are often combative, and my loved one is extremely hard to work with. All this to say, the staff at Ashburn Family & Cosmetic Dentistry have been nothing short of amazing. Anna was gentle and so kind with the deep cleanings.

She was also wonderful at keeping the conversation going to help pass the time with enjoyment. Dr Khalil has also been extremely understanding and worked with me to explain the needed dental work in a manner my loved one understood and did not feel threatened or scared. Stefania took the initial appointment and spoke with me in depth about all my special requests. She answered my questions and remembered all the particulars when we arrived which helped avoid potential unpleasantries.

In short, I came to Ashburn Family & Cosmetic Dentistry with a challenging patient and some unique requests, and they have taken great care to make our experience as painless and easy as possible. If I could give them 1000 stars, I would.

Apart from the excellent skills of the dentists and hygienists of this dental clinic who have been taking care of my teeth since a few years ago, the office staff (Christina, Stefania, and Diana, in particular) are amazing! Their genuine concern about the patients became clearer recently when I had an issue with my insurance company. I truly appreciate their effort to assure me that they are on my side.
