Doctor Pouran Nikkhah is the one and only one, you will be a winner if you take my words. You and you family will be provided with an excellent service in her office. She had many years of experience with an affordable price. Her office has a clean and friendly environment, and more importantly she is very punctual.

During my visit, I encountered several difficulties with the treatment provided by this dentist. Firstly, I noticed that two of my healthy teeth were cut during the cleaning process. When I inquired about this, I was reassured that it would be rectified. However, the materials used to restore these teeth were not effective, as the covering fell off after just one week.
Additionally, without consulting me, the dentist proceeded to drill into two more of my teeth. Although I am uncertain about the specific materials used, they began to deteriorate within a few months. I was seeking treatment at this clinic, but unfortunately, from the day I went to this clinic, I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my dental health.

I am new to the area and this office was on my insurance network and accepting new patients. Made an appointment to be seen and provided my insurance information. My appointment was verified 3 days before. The day of my appointment (3hrs before to be exact) I receive a text message NOT even a call that says I can not be seen because my benefits were NOT active for the date of service.
LIES!!! I immediately called them to make sure they had the correct insurance information and I was told that I needed to assign/ choose their office as my preferred dental provider. They have a monthly roster where they add active patients. NOT ONCE was I informed of this protocol! Not when I scheduled my appointment, NOT when they called to confirm my appointment, not even by text. Since that seems to be their form of communication.
This unprofessional office wants to text me 3 hrs before my appointment to inform me of their protocol/ME a new patient after I took time off from work. The receptionist very nonchalant says she does not know who schedule my appointment and why I was not told BUT it was not her! The icing on the cake I ask for the office manager and the dentist Pouran Nikkhah gets on the phone like she is bothered to repeat the same garbage said by her receptionist. I could not get a word in not that I would since she was speaking so fast and nasty and her accent did not help the situation. Glad I found out of this chaos/unprofessionalism and rudeness before I became a patient! Be aware because all you will get when they fall short of doing their job and servicing patients is “Uuuuhhhmmm” from the lovely receptionist! Mamm learn to speak professionally do not chew gum while on the phone! The nerve!!
