UPDATE: Adding seeing after practice's response. I have never had any "negative" interactions with your office. Again, as predicted, no ownership of your horrible behavior. When saying "over the years," this is impossible as we have not been to your office in several years. During our last visit recently, we had a very pleasant interaction and I truly believed what I was told, that I would be receiving a call the next day with information on insurance coverage. Like I said in my original post, as predicted, the unacceptable, unprofessional behavior is deflected and redirected to the patient without any basis. ORIGINAL POST: I waited over 7 days to get a call from Lynn, the office manager, regarding insurance coverage.

I finally called today as I had heard nothing. The receptionist said Lynn advised she was tied up with patients all day and couldn't speak with me. I said I needed an answer and it had already been over a week when I was told I would get a call within one day from our consultation. Lynn then abruptly picked up the phone and said "actually I just talked with Dr. Ashby today and we agreed we won't treat anyone in your family. " Where did this suddenly come from? Dr. Ashby had a consultation with my son and approved him for Invisalign and we were just waiting for insurance coverage info.

from Lynn. She was ubelievably unprofessional and rude. From the other reviews I am seeing, numerous others have had bad experiences with her as well. And I can already predict she will respond with a personal attack here - based on all the other unfavorable reviews, there is no accountability for or ownership of anything negative posted by their patients. Just nasty replies. I am very happy to go elsewhere.

My son was fit in because a bracket came loose on his Braces . I got to the building and texted as instructed . No one responded so we went inside the building and sat down . One person was at the front desk talking to someone else chatting away . Another person walks by and says nothing to us.

It has been almost 15 minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever until i got up to scan the barcode for this review. The lady at the front desk looked at me but said nothing until i said something . I told her i texted the number but i got no response , so we came in the building . She said no worries you are checked in . I usually have a good experience , but i don’t know maybe the holidays has gotten people more laid back and thinking i won’t notice the warm greeting in the beginning or that i wont question if we are checked in or not .

I also noticed while he is getting his bracket fixed . There are 2 other people in the office and they are both on their phones . I don’t know if they are at lunch or anything considering it’s noon, but it’s a bit odd.
