I have had quite a bit of dental work completed at Ashley Flowers Family Dentistry. Dr. Flowers and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and have always gone above and beyond to ensure that I understand the procedure that I am undergoing and that I am physically comfortable during every procedure.

They have also been very responsive to unusual dental issues I have encountered outside of business hours. I have been very happy with the practice in general and the great dental services I have received and would definitely recommend them to others.

This os the worst dentist ive ever been to. Alkosta a year ago she did a filling and within 3 weeks it fell out. I went for a couple other things she knew it was out and never fixed it. She acted like it was no big deal.

Well i have been suffering im tears with it abcesed for over a week and instead of fixing it or even seeing me she said go to ER. Ok wow. I will ne making a report on her i will most definatly loose my tooth now. Thanks Dr Flowers

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this calls for one. My mom had a cavity that was filled by this office, the filling fell out. when calling to make an appointment to ask if she can be seen, for a possible abscess tooth as an emergency they said if she was in as much pain as she claims to be in she needed to just go to the Emergency Room or Urgent Care if she was in as much pain as she claimed to be in. They wouldn’t even call her in an antibiotic.

They didn’t even take accountability for their own mistake and try to get her in like any other dentist office would. I too have a cavity that needs filled, I can’t wait until September so I called a different dentist to take care of my filling sooner than they could offer and because I chose to do this on the same day that they refused to see my mom, within a 5 minute time frame they didn’t have the decency to call me on the phone, they texted me that they were dismissing all of my children! The receptionist argues with patients over text, she’s rude and very disrespectful and she even lies! She wrote my daughter down previously as a no call call no show when she is the one who called me and rescheduled the appointment to begin with and then told me I couldn’t bring my daughter back unless I paid $35. 00. This office doesn’t care about you or your well being.

Two of my daughters have spacers in their mouth and they refuse to take the spacers out now that they are dismissed and I have contacted two different dentist offices and they all tell me that they can’t remove another dentist work, how is this fair to children that they are being punished. They should not be allowed to treat patients this way! And if you have Medicaid, apparently they just sit around and talk poorly of you, I know this because a patient caught them red handed. I highly recommend you think of other options before settling here.
