Went here in January. Be careful going here, billing was questionable. I came in to get my retainer recemented on 3 teeth, as my dentist was tied up for about a week. They did the recementing. To be clear, the retainer wasn't damaged or needing any tweaking besides recementing. They then billed me for 3 fillings, instead of a retainer recement - Dental Code D8693 should've been used. They billed me for 1,123$, as 3 restorations.

While my insurance did cover a hefty portion it doesn't change the fact. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois directly shows a 25$ copay on D8693. In total, I paid 193$ out of pocket, and then Insurance paid 351. 31$. So in total, they were paid 544. 31$ for a max 300$ treatment. It should've been billed as D8693, with a 25$ copay.

Edit: While Ashton Dental did call me and was cordial and polite, my review stands. D8693 exists, and wasn't applied. They keep telling me it'd be more expensive to use that code, but I find prices online between 75$ - 200$, I'm not sure why. Carefully review the agreed upon treatment I guess. This is still fraud as they're billing me for work they did not do.

Alright, so the doctor was really nice. He cleaned my teeth all the time, except for once. But the pretty girl, I don’t know her name, made me feel special. She gave me a prize and was very friendly.

I also had an x-ray, but I didn’t use it well, so they gave me it without the white thingy top. When they painted the bottom, I tried to guess her name, but overall, I had a great day. It wasn’t too painful, so bye!

I used to come here when I was a kid, and brought my child here which prompted my return as well. They do so well with my daughter, and they are so patient. I have been getting some major dental work over the last year and I have nothing but good things to say. Dr.

Singh (I think that’s his name) is gentle and patient. He explains procedures so well. He’s efficient, and so kind. I always have such a great experience!
