Everyone was very professional. Came expecting one thing but got something else. Overall they took very good care of me and was concerned about the fact that I needed everything handled on this visit. Most dental offices I have been in it was about making money and not the care for their patients.

Thank you Terri at front desk, the very nice lady that took my X-rays Monique the manager Kim that made sure I was able to get everything done today and hygienist who was very patience with me. Job well done everyone! See you in few months Lord willing.

This place is so impersonal!! I went here a year ago because I was looking to see about issues with a root canal tooth, I was told on the phone they could handle whatever was needed there. I felt like I was cattle being shuffled from room to room. First he lobby waiting area then full set of x-rays then a waiting room then an exam room then a financial room. I had a full set of x-rays done and an exam, I asked about my root canal tooth and was told I would have to be referred out, had I known this I wouldn't have come here in the first place. The dentist was as cold as you could get, she came in with a mask on, was not friendly at all, no hello or introduction at all she did my exam speaking with her assistant the entire time and then left the room.

I didn't get any services done here. I tried calling them several times to get copies of my x-rays, no one answers the phone. I had to drive over to them 2 different times to have them email me the copy.

I've been searching for some time for a good dentist office. One that's professional, gentle,and friendly. One that doctor's and staff shows that they truly care about their patients and making your experience with them the best. I feel I found that office today, with the very first encounter with Monique, she was amazing, such a rock star.

I'm one of those people who truly gets anxiety and panic attacks when going to the dentist, but Monique was so wonderful in making me feel so relaxed and secure that I would be well cared for. Dr. Patel and Kimberly from the financing department was awesome as well, really took the time to walk ne through and explained everything to making sure I understood every part of my treatment plan. I didn't know what to expect when I arrived at Aspen/Highland, Indiana today. I was feeling a bit nervous. I was very pleased with the kindness and respect given by the entire staff. From the receptionist to the Doctor and all staff in between, they took really good care of me. Service was rapid and thorough and I look forward to having all of my dental care performed there 🥰🥰
