Today I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dentist, they are so professional i’ve had bad experiences with dentist’s the past 3yrs so i was afraid to go to any dentist but Aspen Dental made me feel comfortable and made me feel that my teeth and my opinion really matter and they are not about billing my insurance or taking money and not rendering services, they are about my concerns and what’s best for me. THE staff are amazing sincere people.

I would give zero stars if I could. When booking the appointment, they ask a bunch of irrelevant questions—like rating your smile—instead of mentioning the crucial detail: it takes nearly two hours just to get dental X-rays done. After that, they require you to book a separate appointment for the initial assessment and cleaning. It’s a complete waste of time. It’s not like they’re short-staffed either—I’ve been to other dental clinics where just 2 or 3 staff members manage everything efficiently and professionally.

To make things worse, despite asking so many questions during booking, they somehow forget to actually schedule the appointment. Then, out of nowhere, you get a message telling you to reschedule. Very disorganized and disappointing experience.

I am always apprehensive about seeing a Dentist, but at Aspen Dental in Garner, I was comfortable and each staff member that I interacted with during my visit was amazing. Towards the end of my visit I met Molli and I knew right away that see truly cares about the needs of the patient. She was knowledgeable, patient and understood my goals.

I would recommend this dental office for the 5 star service that I received.
