This place is the absolute worst! My initial appointment took 4 hours. Then a couple of months later I was having tooth pain and they could not get me in any sooner than a month out for an emergency!!!! I ended up having to go to another dentist who didn't accept my insurance and pay out of pocket for X-rays. When I contacted Aspen dental about the results of my X-rays, they told me that they can take care of the fillings and all I had to do was bring the treatment plan from this other dentist. However, when I went to my appointment which was another month later, they told me I needed another full set of X-rays and their system was down so they have to cancel my appointment.

On the phone a month prior, the receptionist at Aspen Dental told me she spoke with the doctor about my situation and I was all I needed was the treatment plan from the other dentist who literally just took a full set of X-rays. They told me they would call me to reschedule a new appointment for my EMERGENCY filling and it's been a week now. It's funny because on the windows of the Hampton location it says "walk ins welcome" and "emergency? we got you". Such lies!!! They don't take walk ins and you can never get an appointment any less than a month for an emergency.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.

My experience was amazing. The doctor was great. The guy who did my X-rays was great. The office manager was great. These were the 3 people I came in to contact with myself. Everyone else smiled pretty. Very comfortable place. I look forward to returning. They have a great crew.

I didn’t realize they took insurance! I got in quickly, everyone was super friendly and efficient. You can tell they are super busy. I did wait a little beyond my first appointment time, but everyone was helpful answered my questions and my cleaning they took me back early. Love the staff will def sing praises of them elsewhere!

Do not prepay for services. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE NOR RETURN MESSAGES. Beware of sly dialed calls to avoid talking to you. I tried resolving issues so that I could get what I paid for and be done with them but now they are avoiding me again. I just want a return of the money I paid for the services I have not received from the agreement we made a year ago. I have filed a BBB complaint and will file a complaint w/the dental association.

I am looking at other avenues so that I can get what I need back to pay another provider to get me out of this nightmare and for me not to be in pain anymore. I also do not want to see anyone else go through this. If I don't have any relief soon (I will not go back to this place, money back is the only option at this time since I tried this already) I will go to media. Biggest mistake I have made in decades is actually trusting this place. One star is too much.
