We had a great experience here, everyone was so friendly and caring. We had a teeth cleaning and Ellie did an amazing job. She is so knowledgeable and is so good at what she does. You can tell how dedicated she is to what she does. I highly recommend her!

They make you go through an “initial visit” before you can have anything done. I went in for a cleaning, but they did not do the cleaning on the first visit. I had to make a separate appointment to have that done. Driving 20 minutes in one direction makes this inconvenient for the patient.

Their system went down while I was there and my initial visit was over 2 hours. After my initial exam, I went with their billing person, who began to explain what was recommended, things that were not shared with me my the physician. She had to go get her to explain her findings. She explained a filling had fallen out and needed to be repaired soon.

As she was explaining, she indicated someone else would be doing the procedure. I came by the next day for my cleaning and they only have one hygienist, so she told me she would have to stop cleaning me for a few minutes to go to an exam on another patient. The staff is nice, but it feels more like a tooth mill than a dental office I’m accustomed to.

I want to leave a review about my experience going to Aspen Dental as not only an employee but a patient as well. Dr Hensley was amazing, the hygienist Ellie is awesome, the assistant Aaliyah is always so upbeat and nice and Mel always makes my time there so much more enjoyable.

They go by appointments but will take walk-ins, the new patient exam is very thorough and they listen to your needs, they present treatment that is based off of what you are wanting to do and not what sounds good. So if you're looking for a new dentist and need a cleaning and or are in pain this is your place to go

I went to Aspen for a filling, after 18 X-rays & a scan I was told i needed a root canal & crown, paid for & scheduled my root canal for the following week but called and canceled the next day (more than 72hrs in advance) & ask for a refund which they agreed to do. I chose to use a different endodontist office, because I did not feel comfortable with their procedure & facility. The office I choose asked them for my X-rays a week prior to my appt.

& when I arrived I was informed that they never sent over the scan & Xrays that I paid for so I had to get new ones and pay for them out of pocket.
