Dr Thompson and Medina are good people. I have had a lot of work done in the past year. Sometimes when they're overly busy, they lose a little of their hospitality, but when they're not swamped, they really take the time to understand how you're doing.

People were amazing, the dentist was outstanding with dumbing things down to a normal person level. Mostly went in to kind of get my check up and was hearing all these different terms. Felt like a mental isolation with hearing RCB, DCB, from one to what felt like one hundred. Appointment was also at 930am which was fine, the television they leave you with is thoughtful, but had some politics. Pros: Office was clean, staff were very polite, used simpler term when they were done. Cons: Shouldn't be dealing with politics at not even 10am (personal take), and holy smokes the pricing and financial situation for myself was eye opening. If you can afford them, go for it.

I'm going to pop in and request some things and probably be done with this clinic on my end. Edit from 3 star down to 2. Debated on lower: So, recieve a letter stating I had a balance due which was waived first visit and fully covered. Now out of pocket they requested $168. 73 - from 3/28/2025 which I am guessing was because I requested my x-Rays be released to me. Stated on appointment/consultation day was "nothing owed" which was false. They will release your x-rays very easily, but send you a bill even after everything.

I did request a receipt for that day and was told "no". They were very happy to try to get me to finance my oral care which is astronomical/extortionate. Never going back post payment. Disappointed, thumbs down, and never recommending.

I had a dental emergency and needed a tooth extracted I called aspen dental and they were able to get me in the next day and then get it extracted as well. Everybody was super nice and so helpful with what was happening and the dentist that pulled it is a great man and is super considerate of his patients and making sure they are comfortable before starting.

I would love to keep coming back here and I am going to recommend this place to everyone i can. 100 out of 10
