Not a great experience. I have an incredibly infected tooth. Trying to make an appointment with their NATIONAL call center was a nightmare. When I arrived, I was not greeted and just asked name and thrust an iPad. Once I got back into the dentist seat, I did not feel comfortable that the tech had any idea what was going on. This was confirmed when she took my first xray without the lead jacket. When she came in for the 2nd pic I said, I believe I should be covered.

She laughed and said yes, I am just distracted. I didn’t get a great sense that the dentist that saw me was certain the best treatment. She prescribed antibiotics…z pac which is not usually the best for a severe tooth infection… and ibuprofen 800. I told her I am taking so much ibuprofen and Tylenol and NOTHING is helping the pain. She simply shrugged. They told me I have to schedule with their endodontist (the reason I went there in the first place with a referral) but they have NO appointments open and they were looking at offices 50 plus miles away. They simply said “we will call when something opens”.

Is that next month or 6 months? No one knows. So I wait I guess with my face looking like a baseball has been implanted under the skin. I hope the antibiotics will help soon. The pain is unlike ANYTHING I have ever experienced. My insurance has changed and I am forced to use retail dentist now. Blah! If you have the choice, go to a private dentist.

The staff was great. As for the billing team, they told me my insurance did not cover certain expenses so I reached out directly to my insurance and they themselves told me they do indeed cover those expenses and this location is in their network. It seems insurance puts a cap on what a business can charge so it was made out like mine doesn’t cover so that extra cost could be applied.

Amazing experience, got in and Got out! They were straight forward and listened to what I wanted and gave excellent advise for future visits. Extremely pleased! Dr. Gonzalez was top notch and I definitely recommend her!!

Excellent, fast service. I went in with some pretty poor dental health and was able to get things under control very quickly. Appointment availability has been awesome to take care of my dental issues quickly. The doctor and staff are extremely friendly, always greet me by name as soon as I walk in the door. I would highly recommend this Bowling Green office!!
