I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team at Aspen Dental in Ottumwa! While on vacation for my grandson’s graduation, I found myself in a complete panic when a front tooth repair unexpectedly came off. The thought of not being able to smile for pictures had me ready to turn around and drive the nine hours back home. From the moment I walked in, the staff was beyond kind and reassuring. They truly understood my urgency and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

Despite a busy day, Dr. Dyer made time to fit me in, working his magic to restore my smile just in time for the celebration. Thanks to their compassion, efficiency, and expertise, I was able to fully enjoy this special moment with my family—with a confident smile in every picture! I am forever grateful to the entire team at Aspen Dental for their exceptional care. Highly recommend!

They all was so welcoming and they was Truly concerned with what pain I was having and doing everything they could to make my me as comfortable as they could. This was the most pleasant dentist visit I have ever experienced. I have an phobia of dentist my entire life. . . More than the average fear. I do not have the anxiety overwhelm me on the thought of returning here at Aspen.

I will continue my dental care here. I want to thank all the assistants and the dentist on being so awesome. . . . keep up what you are doing. You are changing people's lives for the better

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Aspen dental today. Everyone was very friendly and explained as they performed my exam and afterwards Becca was very pleased to help me understand what getting dentures would involve. She gave me a lot of information to look at and let me know that I could contact her with questions if I have any. Everyone was very courteous and friendly and had lovely smiles.

Dr. Dyer was very clear in explaining to me and discussing what would be my best option for future care. Thank you to all of you for making my first experience with you a good one.

I would highly recommend coming here for your dental needs. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything that they were going to do in detail, so I felt comfortable during my visits. All of the previous dental experiences I’ve had, it seemed like they were in a rush to get in and out.

That is not the case as Aspen. My dental hygienist was very thorough and I’m excited to see my teeth heal from her amazing work.
