The staff is amazing I just didn't like that I didn't even get asked if I wanted a $200 toothbrush it was thrown into my bill. The next day I got my tooth extracted he said "I think I got it all" after almost 2 hours digging into my gum. It hurt a few times, but I just wanted him to finish that's why I didn't say anything. He asked his assistant to do X-rays to make sure he did get it all ,but then he changed his mind right away and said come in 2 days later.

I went 2 days later I was 15 minutes early my appointment was at 1:30 I didn't get into the room until 2:10 he comes up to me and says "new patient I see" I said no you asked me to come back in 2 days after my extraction" oh right "looks like it's healing" sent me on my way with no meds or anything. It's day 6 and I'm still in a lot of pain. They set me up to get my teeth cleaned tomorrow and my extraction site isn't even closed yet how is that even possible.

First off, when you get quoted for services the office manager will ask if you'd like to know about payment plans. If you say yes, without asking or expressing that is what they are doing, will apply you for care credit. Which is a hard impact on your credit score. I did receive multiple dental services, and all the assistants, hygienist and dentists I dealt with were pleasant, kind. Some of my services were fantastic. However I had two root remnants removed and have still been struggling with the pain associated to them even with two follow ups(at my request, they hadn't recommended any follow-up appointments) in regards to a single area. It has been almost 2 months since that service. I have two teeth that root canals were recommended for. This is not something I can do financially, so I have asked 3 different staff members if I could have them removed there.

No one had an immediate answer. That's fine, but no one ever got back to me like they said they would repeatedly. I also had called and expressed concern that there was infection present and would like antibiotics. No return call like I was told I'd get that day. In the beginning I was quoted just under 1500 to complete the services outside of the recommended crowns/bridges they wanted, as I declined those. But today after multiple other services they told me that the total was actually a bit over 1800. That's about a 20 percent increase, in 1. 5 months. Now I get it is an estimate of costs, and there is potential for change.

However, they said oh your insurance didn't cover what we thought they would, and no one told me at any point because? Not to mention one filling I had done was quoted for a 3 surface fix, and the dentist that did it deemed I only needed one side. Great. the hygienist went and checked PRIOR to completing this and told me actually that will cost less than I was quotes. Perfect. I have no intentions of pursuing treatment with their clinic unless I have issues directly with the services they provided, of which I fully believe should he fixed at no charge. (I have followed all post-operatove care instructions given and taken any medications as prescribed) I'll let them keep 2 stars as the main portion of the staff actually are kind and seem to care about fixing your teeth. Don't get me wrong I know these things do cost money, it's a doctor, but the severe lack of communication is pathetic.

Feels like a military dentist in there. There were 5 different people poking at my teeth which was weird. Dentist told me I had to extract 4 teeth, get 5 cavity fillings, get two crowns and a root canal on my front tooth?? Like like time I went into my primary dentist they told me my teeth looked good, may just need one crown and keep an eye on my wisdom teeth and if it feels sensitive or hurts then give them a call. Then, at the beginning of this appointment I told them I wanted an exam and a cleaning which I get for free from my dental insurance and at the end of this appointment, they told me that they weren’t going to do the cleaning and I need to set a separate appointment for that.

They then sent me to the manager who gave me a $500 for the cleaning to be rescheduled and basically told me that I had a good deal because it was supposed to be $1090…FOR A CLEANING. Which should have been free. And, they wanted me to pay half down now and half after the cleaning. Which is something I’ve never heard of.

My prior dentists always bill after the service…like professionals. In summary, the clinic was sketchy, the billing manager is a scam artist, the professionalism is questionable, the knowledge of dentistry seems lacking, and I dodged a bullet by not agreeing to pay for any future services. I will stick to family dentists from now and forever.

Staff very kind and understanding, willing to work with me on best plan of action. Was able to effectively advocate for my personal needs without judgement or bias. Still nervous about dental work but feeling encouraged by this office.
