Where do I start with everyone at this amazing location?! The staff here are amazing. I came in after neglecting my teeth a long time, and dealing with some severe wisdom teeth pain. The staff were so unbelievably kind and non-judge-mental. Dr. Song was so down-to-earth and showed genuine care and concern at my situation. The nurses and technicians who perform X-Rays are also magnificent and efficient!! I also had went in for Hygiene and the hygienist was also fabulous.

So, of course. i gotta yank my wisdom teeth. Yikes! I was nervous not only for the pain, but the cost, but Jessica Scales has literally been an angel on this earth. From the moment we sat down to discuss possible financing options she was considerate, thorough, and was able to help get my costs down to something I could attain. She has always been so sweet, answering my questions about every detail, and even checking in on me after surgery! The surgery, also, was fantastic. Dr.

Onyi over at the Palatine location is a star. Made the process painless as possible and treated me promptly and with the utmost care concern. I was done in like 20 minutes! Overall, I’m excited for my journey to continue here at Aspen. Thanks to all the gracious staff for making a hypochondriac girlie like me more comfy!!

Taking care of my teeth is priority to me, and finding the better place to do it is even more!. So I am BLESSED to have finally found Today Friday April 11 2025 at ASPEN DENTAL an AMAZING group of people I can trust on my Treasure!!…MY SMILE!!!!!. I am Grateful to Britney for receiving me with her Beautiful Smile and kindness and guiding me before the appointment, Also to the Amazing Sarah, for giving me calm with all the X-Ray procedures (She is a sweetheart!), To Doctor Song, his professionalism makes you be sure that you are in the Right Place and that your teeth are taking care off by the Best!…. and last but not least, Jessica!.

They are all amazing here! First came in with an infected tooth that they were able to take care of the same day. Dental care has been a bit of a challenge for me but they’ve all been super helpful and understanding. They’re all kind and are great at what they do. From extractions, to hygienists, to reception, they’re all wonderful!

I usually am not a fan of going to the dentist, but this location is great! All the staff is so nice, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful to answer my questions. Najja was my hygienist and she did a great job on my cleaning with a delicate hand. Sarah was so fast taking the x-rays and really cool 3D scan of my teeth.

Jessica was very kind in assisting with setting up my payment plan and follow-up appointments and finding the best deals with my insurance. This location is definitely my favorite dentist office I've ever been to!
