The doctor and dental hygenist was excellent. . even the girl who did my scans she was so smart and informational the front desk service was extremly polite . . the xray tech was ruff and it felt incorrectly done. . the finacial adviser was giving fake.

His attitude suck he wasnt giving the best advice he seem annoyed i rather not deal with him. . overall i give them a 4 only cause the xray girl and that finacial man. i was told they have a 25% off plan that he didnt offer dude energy was just off. .

I had a 415 pm appointment. I called at 345 pm because they said they needed to do x-rays before hand, and told them I was stuck by a train. The persone was rude even pretended she could not hear me then repeated something I said that she claimed she could not hear. I arrived at 400 pm and was refused to be seen. 15 min before my appointment. The reason was they would not have time before 415 to x-ray my 4 and 1/2 teeth.

. I have 2 broken of the 5 that's broken. A lot of pain. So go to Laboima they are so disrespectful. I lost hours of work to go to this appointment.

My first visit, not knowing what to expect, everyone was so friendly and they really welcome you . I felt very calm. I have friends and family that highly and I mean highly praised this office. I can't wait for my next visit to get this all started with new teeth.

When it came time to reveal the cost, I was dreading it, but it was way less than what I was thinking. , cuz there is quite a bit to do, I feel I am in for a great experience. Also a little shout out to my husband for always making sure we had great dental insurance, I am so thankful!! 💕

Everyone there it has been is so friendly and helpful. My new insurance is not accepted at Aspen so the receptionist called many times to find out the details of my insurance for me. The hygienist is a blast I love her she is so friendly and she really knows her stuff I have. Donald disease and my teeth are pretty bad and with the helpful suggestions she has given me to care for my mouth such as mouthwash and toothpaste etc my thumbs are now in good shape and everything is looking really good. Thank you The doctor is also very friendly and caring.

My experience at espan is always an excellent one when I go there. Because of my insurance not being accepted I am not looking forward to getting a new dentist and I'm considering switching insurances. Thank you everyone for all your help and assisting me to a good and positive result in my dental experiences.
