Pleasant staff, relaxed environment. Tv screens to look at in between each phase of treatment. Sailor Mars was very pleasant!! In my experience, Rockingham location was a more pleasant personal interaction than the somewhat snotty phone interaction i had with the Southern Pines location.

Which is why i had no problem rescheduling from Southern Pines to Rockingham. Friendly, courteous interactions go a long way with patients.

Crystal Stubbs

I went in today around 2 pm (and they close at 3!) with my crown that came off. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. I was in and out within 30 mins.

I will need to go back for a crown but they helped temporarily (which is all I wanted on this Saturday) until I could schedule an appointment. I recommend 5 stars! Everyone was very professional and the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thank you Rockingham NC- Aspen Dental!!

As I read the reviews of others, I am glad that Aspen Dental has more satisfying reviews than bad. Although my experience was not good, I have implants that gums has healed and covered, my teeth doesn’t fit. As for my final set of dentures I was never fitted for because when I went to Aspen for my final permanent set I was told that I would have to pay $1800. 00 out of pocket in which I was told when I signed up for the Care credit plan that I would only have to pay $800.

00. It’s not pretty to walk around in the public with no teeth in your mouth, and it’s certainly not fair to have to go to another dentist to try to fix what someone else hasn’t done.

My experience at Aspen Dental in Rockingham NC was great from the front to the back. the staff was warm and friendly; my procedures were explained clearly so I knew what expect. I am very pleased.
