I had a couple teeth pulled yesterday. She did a great job. Little pain today. I would have liked to speak with someone regarding more dental work. It was very busy and I understand yet, I didn't care for to wait so I just left.

My experience with Aspen dental was a very good one. I was very impressed. The facility is gorgeous. State-of-the-art equipment. Have not made a decision yet on what path I'm going to go. Thank you Aspen dental. I would recommend you.

New patient/1st visit. I arrived on time for my appointment that they sent a txt confirmation for the day before. When I got there there was a glitch and they didn't have me on the schedule. The young brunette girl at the counter (didn't get her name) Was rude, unfriendly, and had zero people skills. She makes a horrible 1st impression. HOWEVER the office manager Aaron heard it came over apologized and went ABOVE & BEYOND to make it right. Got me in so I could get my antibiotic.

So Aaron the OM DESERVES A RAISE! They need to retrain the girl at the counter. She has no customer or communication skills. She should not be the 1st impression of the dental practice! I was about to leave and seek out another dentist just from my interaction with her. I do not know how to describe how poorly this girl represented Aspen Dental. BUT like I said AARON THE OM WAS AMAZING, FRIENDLY, AND VERY VERY HELPFUL. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HIM!

Please do NOT go to this location. After 2 yrs I finally got my dentures today. The office manager needs to change professions, he'd make a great car salesman for lemons. The lab tech is truly incompetent and I'm still wondering how he keeps his job. The dental assistants and receptionist up front is truly very nice, BUT nice doesn't fix your dental issues.

They need to stop taking new patients until they learn to take care of the many that is still waiting. DO BETTER ASPEN DENTAL. I'm wanting to change my insurance where I don't have to return to this office. Just because I'm retired and disabled doesn't mean I want to walk around in public with no teeth for 2 years.
