Brianna was my dental assistant and she was fantastic. She made me feel at ease. Rosetta was my dental hygienest. She was very thorough a nd explained the exam process and what treatments could be expected. Dr.

Ebo is very knowledgeable and took time to explain the reason behind his recommendations for treatment. Charity assisted me with scheduling after reviewing my treatment plan with me. She contacted my insurance companies to request my predetermination letters. Overall I was pleased with my interactions both the dentist and his staff.

I honestly love that this dental office is full of black dentists. The whole staff was super helpful and polite. They have affordable treatment plans and options. This is my 3rd professional opinion, and I feel very confident and comfortable with their work so far.

The whole building is very clean and comfortable, the restrooms included. The building is very cool which is good for germ control. Mostly all the professionals still wear masks, I love that too.

My experience s I has been very informative, the Technician that did my imaging was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining in detail what was happening & reason for the imaging. She gave very clear directions, ask me did I have any concerns pr questions I wanted to ask.

She even return to the exam room are the imaging was complete, making g sure I was comfortable prior too the doctor entering, he was running behind on schedule. I felt very welcome 🙏 Salute for outstanding service!

In January 2025, I was pleased with the former front office and business staff. I went in to get new partials. I needed two extractions, and deep sedation. I was taken to the business managers office and I was given a print out of what my total cost would be. That total cost was right around $2000. My insurance paid for a portion and I gave a $617 down payment. During the course of receiving my immediate partials and having them readjusted, I continue to pay on my balance until it was at zero balance. On June 2, I went back to have my molding done for my permanent partials and I was told that they should be ready in two weeks.

I received a text telling me to call to make my appointment to receive my permanent partials. I called and left a message and no one returned my phone call. The following day, which is Wednesday, June 18, I went into the office to make my appointment because no one returned my phone call. When I went there, the entire front office staff was new. I did not recognize anyone. I asked where the former business manager was and where the other staff members. I was told that none of them worked there anymore and I was also told that I had a $1500 bill in order to receive my permanent partials. I thought I was going to have a cardiac arrest.

I had zero balance and now I’m being told by people that I never saw before that I had a $1500 balance. The story changed completely, and I am left with temporary partials. It sounds like something fishy happened for the entire front office staff to be gone and replaced by new people. And apparently they can’t find where my balance should be zero. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I am going to call the corporate office.
