Detailed Introduction

Aspen Dental - Lebanon, PA is a specific location of Aspen Dental, which is an American Dental support organization (DSO) that provides support services to a vast network of independently owned and operated Aspen Dental-branded dentistry locations across the United States. Founded in 1998, Aspen Dental's mission is to break down barriers to dental care and make it more accessible and affordable for a broad patient base, including individuals who might not have an existing relationship with a dental provider or face financial constraints. The Lebanon, PA clinic, located at 1451 Quentin Rd Ste 300, is a full-service dental provider. It offers a wide array of dental services, encompassing General dentistry (such as check-ups, fillings, crowns, root canals, and teeth whitening), emergency dental care for issues like toothaches, broken teeth, and swollen gums, as well as specialized treatments like dentures, dental implants, and Motto® clear aligners for teeth straightening. The clinic boasts a team of dentists, including a partner dentist, an endodontist, and an oral surgeon, allowing for a comprehensive range of services under one roof. Aspen Dental clinics, including the Lebanon location, operate under a unique business model where independently licensed dentists own and operate their practices, while Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI), the parent company, provides non-clinical support services. These services include marketing, operations, training, and technology, allowing dentists to focus primarily on patient care. This model also provides benefits such as greater buying power for equipment and materials, and support for continued education and professional development for their dentists. The Lebanon, PA office aims to provide quality dental care with a focus on patient convenience and affordability. They accept most major dental insurance plans and offer flexible financing options through third-party lenders, as well as their own Aspen Dental Savings Plan, to help patients manage costs. While many patients report positive experiences with the staff and the quality of care, some online reviews mention concerns regarding treatment recommendations and billing practices. The clinic is open weekdays, with specific hours for Monday through Thursday and a half-day on Friday.

Don't go in expecting help right away. I really need a root canal done but their endodontist is only in at the beginning and end of the month. You're first appointment is just a consultation. I'm giving it 2 stars because the staff is nice. But don't go if you have an emergency.

In my experience with Aspen Dental, as a 65-year-old woman who has visited numerous dental offices throughout my life, I am delighted to report that my visit was a genuinely pleasant experience. Everyone at the office was consistently friendly, courteous, and welcoming, treating patients with the warmth and care of family members. While waiting, I appreciated the availability of television, although I did experience a lengthy wait. Nevertheless, the exceptional service made it worthwhile.

I underwent a tooth extraction procedure, which in the past typically required multiple injections to achieve numbness. However, on this occasion, the dentist's technique was outstanding, and I barely felt the pinch. I am pleased to have found a dental office that I can confidently rely on, regardless of my insurance status. Their pricing is phenomenal, and they offer convenient payment plans that can be tailored to suit individual budgets.

I highly recommend Aspen Dental for their outstanding service and expertise. Following my procedure, I experienced no further bleeding and felt fine within a couple of hours. I strongly advise anyone seeking dental care to visit Aspen Dental and experience their exceptional service firsthand.

My first experience with Aspen Dental in Lebanon Pa was excellent. I had a broken tooth that was previously repaired with bonding 30 years ago, and the repaired piece broke off recently. Another dentist told me they would have to do a crown, but couldn’t explain to me why. I have serious anxiety about going to the dentist, and I’ve never had a crown, so I was concerned and couldn’t understand why it couldn’t be repaired the way it was 30 years ago. It was simple, quick, and inexpensive. I then decided to try Aspen, and they were able to fit me in quickly.

The dentist explained my options and why a crown was preferred, but he was agreeable to doing it the way I wanted. I was so relieved, and was extremely happy to be able to have my tooth fixed quickly and beautifully in the same visit. The technician who did the bonding did a beautiful job. Everyone there was very kind and patient.

I went in for 1 broken tooth. I was in a lot of pain. I even made an appointment. I was there almost 3 hours. I saw 6 different people. Got X-rays done 3 times. 3 hours later I was sent home still with a broken tooth, but now in more pain. They can’t fix it until the end of August, because they are booked until then. If I could give zero stars, I would.
