Horrible service with no accountability. I had a crown done by them two years ago (I was only 21) at the time. I’ve had it in for two years and it’s fallen out FOUR times and had to be recemented. I wear a night guard for grinding, I take care of my teeth, and I don’t chew gummy/stick things on that side of my mouth. It’s now fallen out AGAIN while eating a piece of toast. I asked if they would consider replacing it because this is getting ridiculous and seems like dentist error.

They said Nope! And that cost for replacement or to be redone would fall on me. Unbelievable. Oh and the “quickest” appointment they could fit me in to get it recemented is 5 weeks away. What a joke.

Helped me with credit so I could get my dental work done. Called for a toothache and got me in on the same day then came up with a dental plan to help me get my teeth back on track! I love the team here they are all so kind and caring and understanding! I never feel like I’m just another part of the schedule.

I love the care and treatment that I get but I also quickly learned that the fees due are inconsistent. My first visit, I was told that my wisdom teeth removal surgery would be $1200 due but they didn't have appointments yet so I waited and when I could finally schedule, the fee went up to $1800. Then when I went to the clinic for my surgery, I got charged $251 randomly without my awareness of thorough explanation. They said it was for sedation changes but i didn't get any heads up or clear explanation. It really put me in a tight spot emotionally, mentally, and financially.

The staff are nice but the inconsistent and random fees made my experience not very good. I put a 2 star just because the staff at both the Apple Valley and mankato locations were nice and the surgery process was fast and not too painful. I am nervous to return only because the fees are inconsistent and keeps getting more each time.

Great place. My 1st visit for denture repair. I’m very outgoing friendly person so I had a good time chatting with the staff. All very personable. My denture was fixed and ready in several hrs. I would recommend the Apple Valley office for sure. Thank you for making g my visit a good one.
