I came in to repair a Denture I was there almost 3 hrs yes, , made me pay at front disk $49 even though supposedly i have a 7 years warranty , then they did X-ray and 3D scans even tho i didn’t come for that and then the hygienist came and take a look and start saying i need deep cleaning and some of this bs just to try to make you pay more money ( $700 and some dollars )specially when you don’t have insurance , then when I refused to get any more services from them i was asked to leave and come back in one hour so i did , came back and my denture wasn’t polished right i came for one tooth that was a little chipped and when i got it back it was not smooth at all and not even cleaned right a lot of harsh spots not as smooth as i left it with them and not steady as it was before , STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS ALL WHAT THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY and when they give you the price and say they have ways to pay and you don't meet the requirements or you refuse to get service from them immediately, they just want you to leave Total Scam and I’m reporting to the BBB & IDFPR If I could give no stars i would because they don’t deserve it

Great service and care. They take their time trying to evaluate your teeth and figuring out a treatment plan. Definitely one of the better dentist's office I've gone to.

I felt like i was being processed in a factory. Very bad experience. I felt like they were only willing to do the work needed that was only out of pocket and not what I told them I wanted for that appointment. They did not tell me it was only a consultation they put me in a room for 40 minutes I should have known when I seen a TV in front of me red flag!

The worst experience, no transparency, codes unnecessary just to drain money from insurance and the patient.. attitude from the manager when questioned multiple times on why we had to pay almost 5,000 out of pocket and quick to blame the staff members! . Would not recommend… please question codes on your bills .
