Got checked in for my 1 o’clock appointment and was called to go back within minutes. Very quick response time. I really don’t like getting X-rays done but the girl doing the X-rays was fantastic and go me through it quick. Dr Pak was a very good dentist. He had a great attitude and helped me understand what dental procedures I am going to require. Everyone was great. 10/10

Total scam, judgy team, poor quality dental care! Went in for my yearly appointment and was told I needed dental work like a root canal and cavity fillings. I had no problems getting it done. We were given an estimate, went over it with insurance, and all was well with the world. Went in on Monday July 7th (its a 40 minute drive one way for me) for them to tell my I owe $240 WITH NO WARNING PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT!! I had to cancel the appointment and drive 40 minutes home, a total waste of time. Considering I just turned 18, my mom is helping me financially to get this all fixed.

So she called today, Wednesday July 9th, and they told her I owe $5. So I call to schedule the appointment and they tell me I have to pay $640 before I can even schedule my appointment!! This is after having to reschedule SEVERAL appointments and wait 3 weeks just to get my permanent crown placed all because of THEIR SCHEDULING ISSUES!! They are a total scam to take your money, and do nothing but screw up your teeth and judge you throughout the process. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Dont go there, and dont recommend it to friends or family if you actually care about them. I went here with the impression that they actually meant what they said on their advertisements.

That is all a total LIE. Switching offices ASAP.

I had a really wonderful experience here! They made me feel comfortable and at ease in every aspect of the appointment! I was not really wanting to go to the dentist due to feeling so insecure but not one person made me feel bad. After the x-rays and the dentist seen me, I went out to meet with Andrew, he was I believe the office manager in training (he takes care of the financial part of the visits and the work that needs done). He sat down with me to discuss the plans and every option available to me as far as the financing goes and each route I could take in choosing not only how I could pay for these visits but also which option would be best as far as the work that needs done to my teeth.

He was friendly, relatable, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and he explained in detail that I could understand. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental!
