Came to have my wisdom teeth pulled. I opted for local anesthetic since I am not a fan of the gas and my wisdom teeth were not impacted so it would be a simple pull. Plus it would save me $5k and I’m not squeamish. They were going to gas me anyway if I hadn’t said anything, but I took that as a simple mistake. The dentist worked quick but he was telling me how my teeth will all fall out within the next 10 years and to say goodbye to them. Even laughing about it.

I brush and floss every day. I keep up good oral hygiene. It was pretty concerning for me as a woman in my 30’s that all my teeth are going to fall out and being told there was nothing I could do. Especially him laughing about it. No wonder they just want to gas you because the bed side manner is to make a young woman almost burst into tears

Replacement dentures. . . none of us want to admit we have them, but we do, and unfortunately things happen and we need replacements. That's why I am here. After having gotten dentures from both of the other specialty places in the area over the years (Warrenton and St Peters) and having received both terrible results and customer service I decided to go with Aspen Dental this time. For one, I paid less here than either if those places. For two, for that amount I received a much better product.

For three, and the most important, their customer service and care has been 1000% TOP NOTCH. If you've ever had dentures you know that it's a process. Multiple trips for fittings and try ins. Then adjustments after delivery. It's not a quick service, and you want all of those necessary appointments to make sure you're getting as good of a product as you can get. Same day dentures are available elsewhere, but the quality reflects that. I think it took 15 or 16 days from impression to delivery. Four appointments during that time, and I've since needed two appointments for adjustments after that.

Each appointment has been made available quickly, as soon as I could get in. Each visit I've been treated with the absolute best care. These employees actually take pride in both your product, and the service they provide. From the doctors themselves down to the receptionist. Absolutely stellar service. I could not be more pleased and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Aspen Dental in Wentzville is always professional. Mia is upbeat and wonderful to have with you. Megan is a gem and they are lucky to have her. The dentist is never a place you have on your favorites list, But with employees like these two somehow you always leave with a smile! And the dentists are always through and informative. :)

Wentzville Aspen Dental was able to get me in same day I had a chipped tooth. Ethan was a pro taking X-rays etc, and Lori A was excellent identifying need for further treatment. Dr. Emily Moreno explained the entire treatment plan after she expertly repaired my chipped tooth.

Her gentle and professional way with me was impressive and reflective of her significant time in dentistry. I know I will be back to finish the treatment plan that Lori, the Operations Lead Coordinator, planned out for me. Thank you Aspen!
