Great experience today! All the staff members were friendly and professional. Hygienist was very personable snd did an awesome job. She was quick but overall service was slow. I sat in waiting room 20 min before being called. I had to skip X-rays since they were running so behind.

The X-ray room was in use & I had been waiting awhile after cleaning. All good though I was not having any teeth issues. Just there for cleaning & exam.

First time going to Aspen Dental. And to be honest they are so warm and welcoming. I laughed with everyone who had something to do with my visit. I left crying sad tears though, and it had NOTHING to do with them.

I need a surgery that they can not do 🥺. But I will definitely be going back for all my other dental procedures. They definitely made me feel like family and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT shit them, because most ppl hate going to the dentist. LOVE AT FIRST VISIT ❤️🥰

Everything was fine until I was serviced for 2 fill ins on my bottom teeth. I had a plan set up for every visit I needed to come in for. The dentist I was originally going to see was not in office and they almost sent me home. They told me there’s another dentist in, If I could wait 20 minutes to see him. He wanted to start on the right side fill, but I told him my left bottom was chipping and I’ll do that first.

He was aggressively drilling my tooth I’m pretty sure he reached my nerve and quickly filled it to move on to the next tooth. 2 weeks later I was feeling the same pressure pain in my tooth. Now it’s 4 months later and I still cannot chew on that side. Not sure what else can repair my issue now!

Everyone took excellent care of me. Shay is the best. She worked with me to make sure I had all my questions answered and she iOS a great at her job!!
