In my personal experience, I found it difficult to build trust during my initial visit. The first appointment was described as a "consultation" to create a treatment plan, which differed from what I’ve encountered at other family dental practices, where the first visit typically included x-rays, an exam, and a cleaning—all covered by insurance. At this practice, after receiving x-rays and an exam, I waited while the staff prepared a proposed treatment plan. This approach felt more transactional than what I’m used to.

I was surprised to find that many of the suggested services were not covered by my insurance, including a $150 charge for a toothbrush and $25 per quadrant for gingivitis treatment. While I understand that I could decline certain services, the way the plan was presented made me uncomfortable and led me to question whether all recommended treatments were essential. As someone without a medical background, it’s important for me to feel confident that I’m being guided toward necessary care. In this case, I didn’t feel that level of confidence.

Based on my experience, I’ve decided to continue looking for a dental provider who aligns more closely with my expectations and needs.

I don't have dental insurance and needed to fix a chipped tooth. Aspen made it so easy,. I found myself wondering why I hadn't done it sooner. The dentist, radiology tech, receptionist and office manager were all friendly and helpful with my questions. It cost much less than I thought it would. Plus there are many ways to pay. The best dental group I've worked with in 50 years.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! From the doctor to the front staff to the business office lady to the hygienist, everyone was so kind and patient with me. I came in extremely anxious, and they continuously reassured me throughout the whole process. Even when I needed to take a moment to breathe, they didn’t rush me—they even held my hand! If this experience hadn’t been amazing, I wouldn’t be going back and making them my regular dentist.

They’ve honestly changed my view of dentist offices. I highly recommend everyone stopping by. You won’t regret it!

Genuinely compassionate. They constantly ask if I’m doing okay throughout the entire process with the exception of when they tell me what my treatment plan costs. If anyone would have asked me at that point I would have replied “no I’m not doing ok!” But you get what you pay for! The care they provide is outstanding and thorough with a very knowledgeable staff!
