I had my first appointment today. All staff members were very professional. The clinic has a nice environment. I gave them a lot of medical information and they asked a lot of questions. I had many questions and they answered all of them.

It really feels like they want to do their best to do a great job and keep it safe and affordable. I have the beginning of my denture adventure set for next week. I'm on my way to a great smile.

I had a great experience with Aspen! The dental assistant Jonique made X-rays a breeze and Leah and Daniela were so welcoming. Dr Grishina was so lovely and made my experience amazing. I was able to get in for a same day cleaning and Laurie did a great job. Thanks guys, I’ll for sure be coming back!

I will NEVER go back to Aspen Dental, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. My dad and I were both told—word for word—that we needed a deep cleaning. It felt rehearsed and like a scam. They charged my dad $1,000, then suddenly told him he owed another $500 after the work was done. On top of that, he was left with a numb mouth for a WEEK. I was told my $500 payment was all I’d owe because insurance would cover the rest—but months later, I got slapped with a $300 bill.

It’s beyond frustrating and feels completely dishonest. After doing some digging online, I realized we’re not alone. So many people have had nearly identical experiences. This place feels more like a money-making machine than a dental office that actually cares about its patients. Please be careful. I wouldn’t recommend Aspen Dental to anyone!

I’ve never been a fan of the dentist. My past experiences have been with dentists that are pretty rough, and I have sensitive gums. Every staff member at this location is always so patient and gentle. The receptionist always remembers my name, which means a lot! I’ve never actually been okay with going to the dentist, until Aspen in West Saint Paul!
