When in for my first ever visit, in extreme pain times 10. Had to wait in line for a little while, but that's okay. After what seemed like eternity which was only about 20-30 minutes, I got to go back and they saw how much pain I was in and immediately set me in the chair and put a needle in the gum to numb the pain away.

I went from sobbing like a little boy to feeling like a million dollars. Going to start a dental plan with them soon! Very nice staff, tried to help my every need. Definitely recommend to another friend/family member

I had not been to the dentist for longer than I’m happy to admit prior to making my appt with Aspen. I was welcomed the second I walked in and now have formed a great relationship with the team. They know my life and they care about me as a person, not just a patient. They remember what I say and check in with me each appt which makes me love the personable aspect of the office. The dentist himself is kind and clearly knows his job well.

He literally found something that has changed my life and quality of my health as I had been sick for months with no real answers as to why. We now have a plan and the appointments are scheduled out to make sure I’m done by my wedding in October. You can tell the staff is happy to work for the dentist and he respects them which is important to me to see. I enjoy the laughs and the care each time I come in as the staff makes me feel comfortable and not afraid. I do not feel judged and they each have their own dental things they are working on which means they GET ME.

I love this office and cannot say enough good about them. Thank you Aspen Harrisonburg team for giving me my health back and confidence.

I cannot say anything but good customer service started as soon as I walked in their door, followed with quick check in and then there was Gracie! She took me in for x-rays and then in the room to the dental chair. she made the visit so comfortable for me. Wonderful personality! Enjoys her job! And it shows! The dentist was in the room with me within minutes! Checked things out on xrays, we had discussion about my wants and needs and the options I could choose from. Gracie was still with me and even made the task of doing impressions. .

. Not so bad! And then came Justice, the office manager, who was a huge help to me with deciding my options and help making the right decisions. A lot done in a short period of time. Because, everyone in that office from start to finish, worked as a team and we're just wonderful. I actually look forward to going back to the dentist! And Gracie, she really stood out to me! Thank you all!

I've been to a lot of dentist and this is the very first time that I've given a five star review. The dental assistant Kylie was the absolute best. Then the dentist was great. I went for a consultation and the man actually pulled a piece of tooth left by my last dentist. Unbelievable great experience from start to finish.
