Went in needing 2 teeth pulled, and got it done. More expensive than it leaves you to believe on the website. Going back for Dentures. Hoping for the best. It's a convenient place to take care of your dental needs.

In line with other Dentists, maybe cheaper. They are always helpful at this Aspen Dental. I'm on my temporary dentures, and can't wait to get the other ones. Again, take care of your teeth, but when you need dental work, AD can help!

The positive aspect of my visit was that Holly was very nice and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Unfortunately the negative impacts were how my appointment was pushed back twice due to lack of doctors, one time I was in the parking lot already and then had to go home. When I finally was able to be seen, I had been told it would be $30 for cleaning, x rays, and the exam. The dentist was very obviously in a hurry, and was kind of rude and off putting. I didn’t feel like I had much time to ask a question or even think if I had a question before he was on to the next.

. After that I was told there wasn’t a dental hygienist available so I wouldn’t be getting my teeth cleaned, but could come back in April and see if they had one available…on my way out the door I still had to pay the $30. I know $30 isn’t a lot of money, and this is a dentistry that helps those who don’t have insurance (like myself) . . I also totally understand being short staffed and on a time schedule, but it just felt very rushed and burdensome to be there.

. a waste of time and money. I’ll just save up to go to one of the local dentists or wait till I have insurance.

I had an appointment scheduled today in escanaba Michigan for 11:00 a. m for a checkup . My husband had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow at 9:00 a. m. in the same office for the same thing. After driving 75 miles for this appointment this morning I received a call around 10:15 saying there was a medical emergency and my appointment was canceled. I asked about my husband's appointment tomorrow she said yes that one too. This is not the first time this has happened to me and it is unacceptable.

I will not try again and I certainly will not be recommending Aspen and escanaba to my friends, coworkers and relatives. It's very disappointing because a few years ago I had been going to Aspen for cleanings. Then I was told they lost their hygienist and it would be at least a year before she was back. I kept double-checking but never heard anything back. Always had to leave messages. This time I thought it was going to be different. No such luck.

While the staff are competent, our appointments have been cancelled with little to no prior notice. We live a two hour distance from the office and this is unacceptable. While staff ⚕️illness is unavoidable, calling the day of a denture fitting and finally getting them is not. There was a period of about five days when their phone lines were not working.
