This place is the biggest scam. I went to get my teeth clean while I was in Maryland. If I would have continued my appointments it would have taken 4 for a cleaning. Not only that, the last appointment I went for my cleaning, my appointment was at 830am, the hygienist came out around 840 talked to the receptionist for another 10 minutes to say she had to get coffee creamer. She came back at 855 then called me back at 859. Again my appointment 830.

After she takes 3 minutes looking at me teeth, she told me to go to the waiting room. . I said I am here for a cleaning, she then told me it was not on my schedule. After she talked to the receptionist, now 910 she can “try” to fit me in at 1030. I guess they think no one works for a living. .

I said no and told them to cancel the rest of my appointments. I called corporate told them what happened and the could carless. Well I recently received EOB from my insurance companies (I have 2 one through my insurance and one for my partner company) and they billed both of them for the same services! I open a case with both providers as now I can not get my teeth clean unless I pay out of pocket! I called corporate again and was told they would not do anything about this. . This is the reason they do not take medicaid because of their shady Business Practice! Stay away from them at all cost!

My first visit to Aspen Dental. The experience was good. The x-ray technician and dentist were wonderful, caring. The dental hygienist was nice and was focused on my gums. But in the past at other dentist offices, the dental hygienist usually cleaned and a flouride treatment would be used as the final part of the visit.

I did not get a cleaning or flouride treatment. I'm not sure if Aspen Dental does not do this as part of their practice. Thought that was odd.
