Dr. Lucas is great!!! Everyone in there made you feel welcomed and at ease. They are a great bunch of people in that office. I have no problem going back there and I’m terrified or was terrified of dentist until today. Update, I was in there yesterday to do a wax fitting. I sat for a little over 30 minutes. I went to pay my balance. They didn’t have change.

I had to go down to Meijer gas station And get changed. When I came back, I gave them the whole $18 I needed to give them they put me back so I could try my wax fitting. I went back there then I was told they couldn’t do it because I still have teeth and I’d have to wait until Thursday, tomorrow To try them on. A whole hour out of my day just to make a payment. I was told it was a lack of communication. I’m still not 100% sure if I’m gonna go through with the procedure tomorrow.

I recently had my first visit to Aspen Dental, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! The entire team, including Cat, Dr. Lucas, and Angie, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit.

Today was the first time I have been seen for a full exam in years, and I could not have made a better choice. I have had extensive patchwork dentistry done starting in childhood due to weakened enamel. That along with unpleasant prior experiences in the chair led me to neglect my dental health. I came in for an exam for an emergency extraction and it was done within an hour of me stepping in the door for the first time.

(WITHOUT insurance by the way!) If you are like me, this is the place to go. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and personable, and seemed genuinely interested in what was going on with my teeth. They took my concerns seriously and addressed those first. Having someone sit down with me to talk about payment options and even helping me apply with their approval rating is probably the only reason I was able to get this done at all today.

No services were pushed on me and I was literally shown line by line where the charges come from on the overall bill. What more can you really ask for?

Wonderfully kind staff with professional and compassionate bedside mannerisms. Dr Kurapati and Makayla were very caring and attentive during a procedure. I have a really good treatment plan and am glad to have them to help me through this.
